Legal Disclaimer for Console Modification

In many countries it is legal to install and use an electronic upgrade device (aka, Modchip) in your personal game console. However, the copying of games is illegal in many (if not all) countries. Some country’s laws do not allow you to use backups, even if you own the original. It is your responsibility to check your own country's laws and abide by them. The owner of this Web Site, or any other associated company, does not condone the illegal copying and/or distribution of software for game consoles or any other platform. The intended purpose of Modchip products is to enable a game console to play imports, backups of software that is legally owned or “home brew” games/applications as allowed by the law.

All Modchips will ship with legal BIOS and we will not assist you, in any way, with “flashing” devices or loading illegal software/applications.
