Wii Repair Services

Have a Broken Xbox Wii? Did your upgrade attempt not go as planned?

If your Wii has stopped functioning properly or if it was damaged during a install attempt (burnt traces, missing lifted pads, etc.), we can help! Our repair program is unique; we offer fast and professional service at a fair price. Most repairs can be made for a flat fee of $89, exceptions to this would include defective systems with severe damage involving multiple major components. If your system has severe damage, it can still be repaired for an additional fee to be determined upon full system evaluation. Keep in mind, no repairs will ever be made without your full consent so you are in control of the repair process.

Here’s how our repair program works

You start the process by using the “Buy Now” button located beneath the Wii Repair graphic on the services page. Once the initial payment is made, you must print and complete a repair form (you can find the repair form by selecting the "Repair Forms" link  on the menu to the right). At a minimum, please include the following info in the "ConsoleProblem(s)" section::

  • Type of problem (i.e., no power, not reading discs, locking up, no controller response, etc.)
  • If an upgrade was attempted, type of install that was attempted (i.e., chip type)
  • If an upgrade was attempted, what was damaged (i.e., traces, pads, the drive chip, etc.)?
  • If an upgrade was attempted, does the Wii power on or function at all? Note: To prevent further damage, we don't recommend powering up the console if it can be avoided.

Finally, pack the completed form along with your Wii (please don’t send accessories or games with the system) and ship to the address provided.

Once we receive your Wii, we will evaluate it to see if it qualifies for a flat fee repair. If it qualifies, all required repairs will be made and you will be emailed when your system is ready. If it doesn’t qualify, you will receive an email with a full estimate of additional repair costs or other scenarios to provide you with a fully functional Wii.

If your system is repaired via flat fee, your initial fee of $12 will be applied and you’ll be billed the difference ($77). Otherwise, if you choose to go forward with a repair with additional costs you’ll be billed the balance of the approved repair amount less the initial $12 fee.

At this point, you may be wondering what happens if your system doesn’t qualify for a flat fee repair and you don’t want to pay the additional repair cost. If this is the case, we can ship the system back using the $12 fee you’ve already paid (no additional charge unless you're outside the Continental US) or we may be willing to purchase your Wii as is (amount based on overall condition of the Wii).
