I hereby authorize ConsoleDude.com to repair my PS3 console. I
will
not hold ConsoleDude.com responsible for any items lost or stolen
during shipping. I understand that in order to open and examine the
unit, ConsoleDude.com will break the Warranty Seal thus voiding any
remaining manufacturer warranty. I understand that ConsoleDude.com
provides a 90 day warranty on labor and replaced parts on repaired PS3
consoles, and that my console will be sealed with a tamper-proof
warranty seal. I accept full responsibility for any and all damage done
to my PS3 console if it is opened following repair. I understand while
ConsoleDude.com attempts to make same-day repairs, some repairs require
extensive labor requiring additional time or parts that may not be
immediately available, and I will not hold ConsoleDude.com responsible
for reasonable extensions of repair time estimates either expressed or
implied.
